A very special thank you to my dear sorority sister, LaTonya Mitchell-Holmes, Ph.D., whose courage, humor, and lighthearted spirit inspired this story. What began as a real life mishap was a brand new cap flying off a front tooth while eating gummy bears sparked a magical tale of bravery, laughter, and unexpected adventures.
